How long does it take to deliver?

Products are delivered in 10 to 21 business days after the order is confirmed.

How much is the shipping?
Unicos habanos' shipping cost depends on the weight of the products ordered. Always, this cost will be confirmed to you before you confirm the order .

Will I receive confirmation of my order and payment details?

After confirming your order, you will receive an email with the confirmation of it. When your credit card is debited you will receive another email with payment details of your order. If you do not receive an email please contact us.

Unicos Habanos products are sold and charged in Euros.
Your credit card will be debited according to the prevailing exchange rate applied against Euro by the bank that issued your credit card. In some cases, Unicos Habanos  can show prices in other currencies for reference only.

If I'm not satisfied, can I reclaim my money?

If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days of your receipt of the product and you will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling cost). Products will be accepted for refund only if:
• Returned items include all product components in good condition.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

How can I verify the authenticity of the products I buy at Unicos Habanos?

At Unicos Habanos you are 100% guaranteed of authenticity and Cuban origin. Once you receive your Habanos’ box, you may verify the cigars’ authenticity by checking the stamp number on the box in the official site of HABANOS SA

¿Can I buy as many cigars as I would like to?

Yes, Unicos Habanos does not limit the quantity of cigars that our clients want to buy. In order to avoid to you possible problems with taxes or duties, we will send to you only one box per shipment, i.e., if you buy 4 boxes of Montecritsto Nº2, you will receive 4 parcels containing one box each.

¿Should I pay duties/taxes in my country for these products?

Any clearance, import, local tax or seizure in your country due to customs reasons is your responsability. You are responsible to know the current import legislations for our products. We advice you to find out before buying if you can import our products in your country.

Can I request a replacement  for my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your order, or if your shipment is not delivered in the shipping time frame or considered lost, we will either replace or refund your order.
